Physical Education
Welcome to PE class!
Our goal is to foster a welcoming and supportive environment where every student feels encouraged, confident, and enthusiastic about being active!
For our younger students, we focus on developing essential movement skills such as traveling and balancing, which provide a strong foundation for physical activity. As students grow, we introduce more complex skills like dribbling, jumping, throwing, and catching, while also teaching them how to stay active and healthy in safe and engaging ways. We encourage all students to put forth their best effort, embrace new challenges, and continue practicing—helping them build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong appreciation for physical activity.
