Make sure to ask your student how they did.  We saw GREAT improvements.  (pre-test score 1024, post-test score 24/24)  In regular math class the unit of focus in on multiplication. Students are introduced to multiples and factors and look at patterns to help solve multiplication problems.
Social Studies:  Next Monday, we will be switching classes.  Students will head over to Mrs. Scott’s class for some science!  Create-A-Country is due October 15th.
Text Box: The Walk-A-Thon is coming this Thursday!  This is the only major fundraiser for our school this year.  The money earned helps support field trips, the art program, literacy assemblies, and the technology we have in our
Text Box: classrooms.  Remember...the goal this year is for every student to raise at least $80.  Our goal is to raise $50,000 as a school!
We voted last week and decided on our team name
Text Box: “TEAM GJURASIC”.  Students will wear camouflage outfits and we will be painting our faces and wearing cammo arm bands!  Great team spirit.  Can’t wait to see what energy we will create!
